About the position

The Cortex XSOAR Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for the Cortex XSOAR platform, ensuring effective automation and response capabilities. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the Cortex XSOAR platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Assist in the automation and response processes using Cortex XSOAR.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Document support processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support role such as Senior Support Engineer or Escalations Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Ansible.
  • Knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, endpoint prevention, and SIEM.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Cortex XSOAR automation and response SOAR platforms.
