About the position

We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Sales Associate to join our Cosmetic Dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while driving sales of our cosmetic services and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check patients in/out, and maintain patient records.
• Provide detailed information to clients about our cosmetic services, procedures, and products.
• Actively promote and sell cosmetic services, treatments, and skincare products, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Handle inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, addressing patient questions and concerns about services and products.
• Process payments, manage billing, enter charges in the system.
• Perform administrative tasks such as patient forms, maintaining a clean and organized front desk, and preparing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experience and follow-up care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Prior experience in a medical or cosmetic practice is preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to explain cosmetic services and products effectively.
• Excellent customer service abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, cosmetic services, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
