This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $43,500 to $55,000 per year. The Cosmetic Injector Assistant will work closely with senior managers, service providers, and support staff to provide technical support and information to clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including drawing up injectable medications, taking patient medical histories, and updating patient charts accurately. You will also alert providers of any patient allergies before exams, oversee the cleanliness and efficiency of exam rooms, and explain treatment procedures to patients. Additionally, you will instruct patients on pre- and post-treatment information, assist with patient referrals, and perform follow-up communications to book future appointments. The position requires a strong focus on maintaining a professional and clean work environment, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day activities while contributing to the growth and profitability of the business. Responsibilities

  • Precisely drawing up injectable medications
  • Taking patient medical histories and updating patient charts with accuracy
  • Alerting providers of patients' allergies prior to beginning exams
  • Overseeing and ensuring efficient turnover and cleanliness of exam rooms
  • Explaining treatment procedures to patients
  • Instructing patients regarding the information needed pre & post-treatment
  • Working professionally with medical providers
  • Assisting with patient referrals and performing follow-up phone calls and text messages to book future appointments
  • Monitoring supply levels and replacing as needed
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the med spa
  • Returning phone calls and performing routine office duties
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and relaying messages efficiently
  • Cleaning and organizing accurate documentation and patient photographs

Requirements

  • CPR Certification
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Sanitation knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Med spa experience
  • CNA certification
  • Documentation review skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
  • Entry level retail sales experience
