About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships both in-store and online.
• Offer make-up application lessons and skin care consultations.
• Maintain compelling merchandise presentation and operational excellence.
• Actively circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs and support their shopping experience.
• Utilize styling and selling technology to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.
• Promote the Bloomingdale's Loyalist program to customers.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related experience in beauty and cosmetics sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in using multiple technological devices and navigating online platforms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
