About the position

The Cosmetics Counter Manager at Bloomingdale's is responsible for leading a team of Beauty Advisors to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and online. Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure excellent service and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by engaging with both in-store and online clients, utilizing technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks to maintain store standards.
• Create a fun and seamless in-store experience for customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in retail or cosmetics management.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
