About The Position

The Cosmetics Counter Manager at Bloomingdale's is responsible for leading a team of Beauty Advisors to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and online. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in retail or cosmetics management.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
