About the position
As a Cosmetic Counter Manager at Von Maur, you will oversee the operations of a cosmetic line while leading and inspiring a team of beauty advisors. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through exceptional service and effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
- Develop relationships to grow the counter business.
- Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
- Assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales.
- Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events.
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
