About the position

The Assistant Manager, Cost Accounting position at Radiant Company involves overseeing the cost accounting processes and leading the implementation of Anaplan for the Sourcing and Analysis team. The role requires a deep understanding of financial forecasting, cost analysis, and system capabilities to enhance business projections and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn the current forecast and close processes for the Sourcing and Analysis team.
• Lead the Anaplan implementation for Sourcing & Analysis, coordinating with internal stakeholders and the development team.
• Partner with the S&A team to understand system requirements and outputs.
• Analyze Anaplan inputs for Commodities and Other Rate to identify differences from prior methodologies.
• Facilitate the creation of new templates to meet Anaplan requirements.
• Recommend automated solutions and improvements to the Anaplan development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.
• Extensive experience with Cost Accounting, Anaplan, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication, planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset.
• Preferred experience in systems transition.
