Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Understanding of production processes including phases, cycles, and production models.
• Understanding of costing, inventory control, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the controlling team with the preparation of the budget cost center and pool analysis data input in SAP.
• Backup in preparation of the material standard cost for each new code received throughout the year.
• Ensure ongoing analysis of progress and variance of resources used in production and production efficiency, including materials, labor, and overtime.
• Liaise with maintenance, administration, and central teams to meet month-end timelines and ensure that monthly costs are posted, requiring the needed accruals.
• Regularly monitor expenses on cost centers and WBS, analyze and report variances, and support action plans to reduce variances.
• Monitor and prepare regular reporting on capital project WIP and maintain the capex WBS in SAP.
• Keep the asset register updated when fixed assets are subject to changes and maintain regular contact with the administration department regarding fixed assets.
• Prepare internal weekly reports on cost analysis.
