About the position

The Cost Controlling Manager is responsible for the consolidation and reporting of Grifols Diagnostics Industrial group financials. This role supports the Director of Dx Industrial Finance in implementing division-wide initiatives and projects, working closely with management and plant controllers across global manufacturing plants. The position involves financial analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and accounting support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the consolidation of Diagnostic Industrial monthly results and financial reports.
• Provide insightful analytics during monthly reviews of financial results to drive performance.
• Consolidate manufacturing cost and inventory information for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate annual budget and monthly forecast planning with all Industrial plants.
• Support the implementation of division-wide initiatives and projects.
• Provide ad hoc financial support to the Diagnostic Industrial management team.
• Manage and validate forecast information in SAP and BI reporting modules.
• Lead coordination with internal/external audit teams and provide accounting support.
• Identify and drive efficiencies in capturing, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Support SAP S4HANA migration and participate in global Industrial Finance meetings.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of Finance or Cost Accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent financial planning and organizational skills.
