About the position

ECS is seeking a Cost & Performance Manager to work in our Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA office. This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive operational picture from a cost and performance perspective for the contract. The manager will develop and maintain the overall cost model, continuously track and forecast costs, and make recommendations for cost optimization. Additionally, the position involves tracking and reporting service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and Agile metrics, while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud service usage and assess/implement cost-saving measures.
• Provide recommendations at each program increment planning on practical ways to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Create a structure that provides high fidelity cost tracking and forecasts costs for Space C2 software and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
