About The Position
ECS is seeking a Cost & Performance Manager to work in our Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA office. This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive operational picture from a cost and performance perspective for the contract. The manager will develop and maintain the overall cost model, continuously track and forecast costs, and make recommendations for cost optimization. Additionally, the position involves tracking and reporting service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and Agile metrics, while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
