About the position

The Costpoint Business Systems Analyst at HomeSafe Alliance plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the Costpoint 8.2 system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with audit and security requirements. This position involves collaboration with technical and functional subject matter experts to enhance the functionality of Costpoint, streamline processes, and provide support to the accounting team. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and assisting in system upgrades and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain master data related to pools, service centers, accounts, organizations, account/org links, and PAGs.
  • Support user inquiries regarding Costpoint General Ledger master data and align organizations and accounts with KBR data structure.
  • Assist the Business Systems team in reconciling and maintaining data integrity within Costpoint and interfaced data.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flow documentation, and procedures around the JV pool structure and future business.
  • Ensure all processes meet SOX, audit, and security requirements.
  • Support technical upgrades and monthly releases through testing and troubleshooting prior to system changes.
  • Provide functional support of Deltek Costpoint to the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with the Business Systems team to evaluate, escalate, and resolve defects within Costpoint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or equivalent Costpoint experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of Costpoint experience as a functional SME with specific knowledge of pools.
  • Government contracting experience is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
  • Working knowledge of front-end application screens, functions, and job processing related to database tables and processes focusing on Accounts and Organizations.
  • Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with all aspects of functional support for Costpoint, including system upgrades, planning, design, SOX/Audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
