Costumed Mascot Performer for Meet & Greet

About the position

We are looking for a Meet & Greet Mascot Performer to perform in the upcoming Character Meet and Greets at CAMP! This role involves engaging with families and children in a fun and animated manner while wearing a full mascot costume. The position is temporary, running from May 2nd to May 11th, and offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform in character at Meet and Greet events.
• Communicate with the public through body language and gestures.
• Maintain animation and movement at all times.
• Handle the mascot costume with care to avoid damage.
• Stay aware of surroundings and prioritize safety.
• Act in a friendly and funny manner with guests.

Requirements

• Must be between 5’2” and 5’4” and a size XS-M.
• Skilled at movement and dance.
• Ability to wear a full bodysuit and headpiece costume.
• Must not speak while in costume.
• Must not eat, drink, or smoke while in costume.
• Must not hold young children or infants.
