About The Position
The Counsel at Ultra Mobile will support the Business & Legal Affairs team, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal. This remote position involves managing vendor and client contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and creating internal policies for various business teams. The Counsel will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as developing compliance mechanisms and training materials for internal clients.
