Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Oracle's hardware supply chain throughout the product lifecycle.
• Negotiate hardware development, supply, contract manufacturing, and logistics transactions.
• Ensure compliance with hardware-related regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support corporate social responsibility initiatives related to supply chain operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with inbound commercial transactions and programmatic support relating to hardware IP, technology, and manufacturing issues.
• JD with US Bar.
• Ability to travel internationally (infrequently).
