About the position

The Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cell Analyst role at Booz Allen involves supporting the oversight and management of the Army Service Component Command's Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cells. The analyst will advise on funding issues, coordinate with various military and defense organizations, and participate in relevant forums related to Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight and management of the Army Service Component Command Counter Improvised Threat Integration Cells.
• Advise the government lead on funding issues, including budgeting, execution, and requirements.
• Coordinate with the client and other organizations across the Army, DoD, and other services on C-IED, EOD, Counter Unmanned Aerial System, and Unified Exploitation policy, doctrine, and guidance.
• Participate in relevant forums with Counter Improvised Threat equities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as staff at the Division level
• 2+ years of experience working on C-IED or EOD programs
• Experience in supporting policy, program oversight, capabilities development, and resourcing requirements
• Experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of DoD budget process
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
