About the position

M&A Supply Company, Inc. is seeking an Inside Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate for its Memphis branch. This role involves assisting customers with orders, managing shipments, and preparing orders for shipping, all while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking in-person and phone orders.
• Check in shipments and pull orders for shipping.
• Prepare orders for shipping.
• Perform customer service tasks and manage phone calls.
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Follow safe work practices and attend company safety meetings.

Requirements

• Two years of HVAC knowledge required.
• Valid Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Good customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including emailing and using ERP systems.
