We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales - Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with their sales needs. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and organized effectively.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain an organized sales area, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility of merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective communication skills to convey product knowledge and market trends to customers.
• Assist in managing sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the warehouse.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proven experience in the green industry: landscaping, lighting, and/or irrigation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
