Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support at the counter.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through friendly interactions.
• Assist with deliveries and resolve customer issues as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create solutions for customer challenges.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur's) license and maintain a good driving record.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing products is preferred.
• Acceptable computer aptitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
