About the position

We are an electrical supply store in Marietta, GA, seeking motivated counter sales and warehouse associates to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with orders, maintaining the sales floor, and performing various warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with in-store and phone orders and provide product knowledge.
• Enter orders into the database for billing and payments.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor and counter area.
• Restock shelves and displays as needed to ensure product availability.
• Advise of any low inventory that needs to be reordered.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electrical/retail preferred, but not required.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and customers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk up/down stairs, and drive a forklift.
