• Assist with sales and warehouse tasks, including answering phones and releasing tickets.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks to build customer confidence.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve customer challenges and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing products is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur's) license.
• Good driving record and professionalism when dealing with customers.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
