About the position
The Bilingual Parts Specialist at ReadyWork Inc. plays a vital role in supporting the operations of a busy Farm Equipment Supply store. This full-time position involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries, in person and over the phone
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking items from inventory, packaging securely, and labeling accurately
- Utilize systems to track inventory and update shipping records
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move and store materials
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain organized stock areas, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass background and drug testing
- Physical capability to perform job duties
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in inventory control
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with inventory scanners
- Computer savvy, including proficiency in Outlook and inventory systems
