The Xator Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) team is a U.S. government-sponsored program dedicated to providing comprehensive program management, solutions development, testing, evaluation, maintenance, training, and operations aimed at protecting personnel and property at U.S. missions abroad. As an Operations Project Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Operations Manager in driving the successful execution of critical, complex, and business-driven initiatives. You will ensure transparency throughout all phases of the program/project life cycle, which includes planning, design, development, and deployment. The ideal candidate will be a multi-talented project management professional with a proven track record of achieving timely results in a collaborative environment. Depending on your demonstrated experience, your responsibilities may extend beyond general office administration to include planning, analysis, reporting, and participation in process improvement activities and the development of technical solutions. The Project Coordinator must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, along with a strong sense of urgency. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities in dynamic and politically sensitive environments.
