About the position

The Counterparty Lifecycle Management (CLM) Product Owner at DRW is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for counterparty management solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end CLM lifecycle workflow and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CLM systems align with business needs and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable tasks and overseeing their execution to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the counterparty lifecycle management platform.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for counterparty lifecycle management solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing updates.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and tasks for the development team.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of counterparty lifecycle management, including onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
