About the position

The position involves operating company vehicles to ensure the timely and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. The driver is responsible for checking shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards and providing customer service. This role requires a neat appearance due to customer interaction and the ability to maintain alertness while driving.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles for the delivery and pick-up of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide customer service related to deliveries and pick-ups.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and communication skills.

Benefits

• Pay rate of $20.22 per hour.
• Part-time schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 1:30pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm.
