Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program managers and faculty to develop and implement educational activities for program learners.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of block courses, including course materials, room reservations, and communications with faculty and students.
  • Monitor learner files and program documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for learners, addressing inquiries and disseminating program information.
  • Develop learner assessment documentation and implement assessment strategies, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Collect and manage assessment data, attendance records, and communications with students regarding attendance.
  • Analyze educational technologies to optimize the teaching and learning environment.
  • Apply project management principles to address educational issues and achieve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area such as administration, education, or public health.
  • Three or more years of related experience in educational program management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Education, Public Health, or a related area.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
  • Familiarity with educational software and platforms.
  • Experience in statistical analysis of data.
