Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program managers and faculty to develop and implement programmatic activities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of block courses, including course materials and communications.
  • Monitor learner files and program documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Serve as the point person for learners, answering questions and disseminating program information.
  • Manage communications between course leadership and students, including attendance records and course information.
  • Develop learner assessment documentation and implement assessment strategies.
  • Analyze learner performance and curriculum effectiveness, providing summary reports to program leadership.
  • Optimize the use of educational technologies to enhance the learning environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area such as administration, education, or public health.
  • Three or more years of related experience in educational program management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple competing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Education, Public Health, or a related area.
  • Thorough knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
  • Experience with educational software and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data management and statistical analysis.
