About the position

The Course Ready Data Analyst at North Carolina State University plays a crucial role in supporting the undergraduate course materials program through active analysis of course material adoption, sales, and system data. This position collaborates with various teams to enhance the adoption, sourcing, provision, supply, and return cycle of course materials, ensuring a positive impact on student success.

Responsibilities

• Support the comprehensive undergraduate course materials program through data analysis.
• Collaborate with course materials, online retail, and sales operations teams.
• Create data imports and exports to/from NetSuite ERP.
• Develop reports and saved searches to benchmark Course Ready performance.
• Act as an ambassador for NC State Wolfpack Outfitters and the university.

Requirements

• Previous experience with bookstore systems (NetSuite ERP, Verba Collect and Connect) and university systems (Moodle, MyPack Portal).
• Basic understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of at least one type of visualization software.
• Ability to understand, compile, organize, and analyze data.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams.
