The Front Desk Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth hotel operations. This position involves leading the front desk team, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with check-ins and inquiries.
  • Handle reservation tasks including booking, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and empathetically to maintain service excellence.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure cleanliness and appeal of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address room or facility issues promptly.
  • Conduct payment transactions with integrity, following financial protocols.
  • Support team goals by taking on relevant tasks and promoting teamwork.

Requirements

  • 1 year of hotel experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
