The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing high-quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-end reviews and tax preparation for business clients.
• Prepare and review individual tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Utilize accounting software such as PFX ProSystems Tax, PFX Engagement, and QuickBooks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with accounting software, particularly PFX ProSystems Tax, PFX Engagement, and QuickBooks.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
