About the position

Delphos Wireless is seeking a full-time CPA Accountant to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves interpreting financial records, conducting audits, managing corporate tax, and engaging in forensic accounting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the financial health of the company by preparing financial models, analyzing reports, and advising on financial strategies while working closely with the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exceptional financial modeling and spreadsheet capabilities: valuation, DCF, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and projections.
• Create and analyze financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Routinely create summary and detailed schedules outlining findings from data analytics and reporting.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, lenders, partners, and Delphos staff.
• Effectively manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to process payments and payroll on a biweekly basis.
• Responsible for accounts receivables and payables.
• Responsible for all activities of payments and reconciliation of business expenses including lawyers, contractors, store equipment, accessories, merchandise, etc.
• Responsible for all correspondence and communication of taxes, audits, and additional tasks as assigned.
• Guide the Corporation for success by advising and proactively applying for any grants, tax breaks, loans, and other business incentives open for application.
• Become familiar and well-versed in POS systems.

Requirements

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of OFFICE 365.
