Responsibilities

  • Generating client reports as requested
  • Answering and routing incoming phone calls
  • Processing mail and incoming correspondence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Science or Business & Management preferred)
  • Two years of office experience
  • Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Financial or accounting background preferred
  • Some legal experience would be helpful, but not necessary as training will be provided
