Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• File all state and federal tax returns.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Assess and improve internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA required.
• Availability for part-time work (approximately 3-5 hours per week).
• Ability to participate in weekly meetings and effectively manage time and tasks independently.
