Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits for a variety of clients in multiple industries.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members during audit engagements.
  • Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality audit services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
  • CPA license or serious candidate is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of audit experience in a CPA firm is required.
  • Experience working with closely held businesses with revenues between $2 million and $100 million is required.
  • Excellent project management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
  • Staff supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or not-for-profit is a plus.
