About the position

The CPA Audit Supervisor for the NFP Practice at Amvotech Solutions is a full-time role focused on leading financial statement audits, tax preparation, and providing consultation services to clients across various industries. This position requires strong supervisory skills and offers growth potential, including the possibility of becoming a partner within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures.
• Prepare and review Corporate, Partnership, Individual, and Trust tax returns.
• Conduct tax research.
• Provide ongoing accounting and consultation services to clients.
• Supervise and review staff on all engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Contribute to maintaining a system of quality control policies and procedures for the firm.
• Provide staff training and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with CPA certification.
• Minimum of 5+ years of recent public accounting audit and tax experience.
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Prosystem Engagement, PPC Smart Tools, ProSystem Fx Tax, and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
