About the position

Concentric Corporation is seeking a talented CPA Partner or Junior Partner to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and oversee various accounting and tax projects. This role involves conducting final reviews of tax returns and Attest Services while collaborating with other partners and managers to train staff and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and oversee a wide range of accounting and tax projects.
• Work closely with other Partners and Managers to effectively manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Conduct final reviews of individual and business tax returns and other related projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee the final review of Attest Services, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards and guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant tax and accounting software, including ProSystem Fx Tax and Engagement, and QuickBooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field.
• Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience with a CPA license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks; knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx Tax is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage and train staff, with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, ProSystem Fx Tax and Engagement, and QuickBooks is highly preferred.
