About the position

We are seeking a skilled CPA/Tax Advisor with a minimum of 3 years of individual Tax Planning experience to join our fee-based Wealth Management Firm. This role is crucial in delivering our Fiduciary standard 'DiNuzzo Financial Wellness LifePlans™' to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our Advisory Team to provide exceptional service, prepare and deliver client meetings, and identify tax planning opportunities, all while maintaining a commitment to our clients' financial wellness.

Responsibilities

• Work with other Lead Wealth Advisors on our Advisory Team in servicing existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver Discovery Meetings and Plan Presentation Meetings.
• Lead annual Tax Planning High Net Worth Client Meetings.
• Participate in preparation of client meetings to ensure proactive preparation for client goals.
• Prepare reports and documents for client meetings.
• Identify additional tax planning opportunities for clients.
• Maintain and update tax plans.
• Ensure timely completion of client meeting follow-up tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients in writing, on the phone, and in person.
• Perform other duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in 1040 Tax Preparation/Planning.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred, or Enrolled Agent (EA).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice-to-haves
