Responsibilities

  • Lead the tax department and manage complex tax projects.
  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide a team of tax professionals.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts to clients in a clear manner.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documents.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • CPA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public tax accounting.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Tax Manager is required.
  • Expertise in tax law and regulations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of managing complex tax projects and leading a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Prior experience at Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms, along with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
