Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage tax projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in tax legislation.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and team members.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to support client positions and strategies.

Requirements

  • CPA certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public tax accounting.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Tax Manager is required.
  • Expertise in tax law and regulations, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track record of managing complex tax projects and leading a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Prior experience at Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms, along with a GPA of 3.4 or higher.
