About the position

The Audit Manager position at CyberCoders is a key role within a full-service public accounting firm located in Saint Louis, MO. The firm is experiencing continuous growth and is seeking an individual with significant public accounting experience to lead audit engagements and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, preferably with audit management experience, and will be committed to professional development and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements for various clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations.
• Participate in the training and development of staff.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of public accounting experience (with a CPA firm).
• At least 1-2+ years of audit management experience is preferred.
• Experience in industries served by the firm is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in any of the industries served by the firm.
• Active pursuit of CPA or EA certification.
