About The Position

The CPE Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology is responsible for overseeing project planning and management within the DoD Partner Network environments. This role requires significant experience in strategic engagement, coordination of actions across various military and governmental organizations, and the implementation of security principles. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for external organizations, ensuring compliance with policies and strategic objectives while facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance
• ITIL Certification
• PMP Certification
• 3 years of experience in IT Project or Program planning and management
• 3 years of experience in DoD Partner Network environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in project planning and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for strategic engagement between USCENTCOM and external organizations on Mission Partner Environment matters.
• Coordinate Partner Network and MPE actions across the USCENTCOM staff and other military components to ensure compliance with policy and strategic objectives.
• Attend and support DoD and USCENTCOM working groups and meetings, providing summaries and insights to leadership.
• Implement Zero Trust principles within MPE for secure collaboration with mission partners.
• Evaluate COTS/GOTS products and support the implementation of new functionalities based on user requirements.
• Develop briefings, position papers, and other supporting documents for leadership.
• Apply risk management principles to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
