About The Position

GDIT is seeking a Program Manager with extensive project planning experience and strong communication skills to serve as the primary liaison between USCENTCOM and external organizations regarding Mission Partner Environment (MPE) matters. The role involves strategic engagement, compliance facilitation, and management oversight of MPE-related initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience, or High School equivalent and 13+ years of experience.
  • 3 years' experience in IT Project or Program planning and management.
  • 3 years' experience in DoD Partner Network environments.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secret clearance with the ability to secure a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary focal point for strategic engagement between USCENTCOM and external organizations on MPE-related matters.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to synchronize management activities.
  • Coordinate Partner Network and MPE actions across the USCENTCOM staff and other military components.
  • Attend and support DoD and USCENTCOM working groups and meetings, providing summaries and relevance assessments to leadership.
  • Implement Zero Trust principles within MPE for secure collaboration with mission partners.
  • Evaluate COTS/GOTS products and support the implementation of new system functionalities based on user requirements.
  • Develop briefings, position papers, and other supporting documents for leadership.
  • Apply risk management principles to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
