About the position

Swift Safety Institute is seeking 4-6 CPR Instructors to join their team in Lebanon, MO. The role involves teaching CPR and First Aid courses, requiring candidates to have their own equipment and reliable transportation. This is a contract position with flexible scheduling, allowing instructors to work as needed based on class demand.

Responsibilities

• Teach CPR and First Aid courses to clients.
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
• Maintain and manage personal teaching equipment, including manikins and AEDs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their needs during classes.

Requirements

• Current CPR Instructor Level Certifications from recognized organizations (Red Cross, American Heart Association, ASHI).
• Clean background check, current within the past two years.
• Ability to connect with clients and deliver outstanding class experiences.
• Reliable transportation to travel to teaching locations.
• Ownership of teaching equipment, including a minimum of 4 adult manikins, 4 infant manikins, and 3 AEDs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in teaching or training others in CPR and First Aid.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
