About the position

The Studio Experience Team (SET) member at CorePower Yoga plays a crucial role in enhancing the student experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in the yoga studio. This part-time position allows individuals to connect with the CPY community while enjoying a discounted yoga membership. The SET member is responsible for various cleaning and organizational tasks to ensure the studio is always ready for use, embodying the company's core values of empowerment, gratitude, community, growth, and joy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
