The Site Relationship Coordinator is a newly established role within the Clinical Monitoring team at Medpace, designed to enhance the collaborative relationships between investigators and site personnel in the realm of drug and medical device development. This position is pivotal in fostering new and ongoing site relationships, ensuring that the clinical trials are conducted efficiently and effectively. The coordinator will work closely with the Strategic Proposal Development staff to conduct feasibility assessments, adhering to established processes and timelines. This role is ideal for individuals with a clinical research background who are eager to make a significant impact in the field. In this position, the Site Relationship Coordinator will serve as a partner in site relations and excellence, providing oversight and building strong relationships with assigned sites within the designated country. The coordinator will support management in conducting and expediting various feasibility activities, including standalone, blinded, initial, and ongoing assessments. Additionally, the role involves site selection and alignment with studies or therapeutic areas, as well as facilitating study start-up processes. A key aspect of this role is the proactive research and understanding of the site landscape, which includes knowledge of key opinion leaders (KOLs), site capabilities, and the standard of care and medical practices in the country. The coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with preferred site networks and flagship sites, which entails facilitating master Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and organizing meetings with network directors as necessary. The coordinator will also provide ongoing support to sites, identifying opportunities for future business and developing effective plans for site contacts, troubleshooting, and follow-up. Acting as the main point of contact for project teams, the coordinator will address site performance issues and provide updates on relevant site information. Additional responsibilities may include conducting site Qualification Visits and offering support for site audits, among other assigned projects.
