As an Emerging Markets Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Tucson, AZ or Greater Phoenix, AZ depending on the qualified candidate's location. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of production and community engagement. In this role, you will market and promote low- to moderate-income home loans, seeking opportunities through seminars, home buyer education forums, and home ownership classes targeted at emerging market populations and low- to moderate-income individuals. You will establish and cultivate relationships with community organizations and other entities that will contribute to potential low- to moderate-income mortgage origination production. Your responsibilities will include developing and preparing loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance. You will manage a customer pipeline for efficiency and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Additionally, you will collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
