About the position

The Craft Beer Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships for Mega Beer in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. This role involves representing both the company and the breweries it partners with, ensuring effective product distribution and inventory management while providing excellent customer service. The position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and fun industry.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain customer relationships
  • Represent breweries and Mega Beer
  • Sell product throughout the Iowa territory
  • Manage inventory
  • Train new staff members
  • Create invoices
  • Create safe and efficient sales routes
  • Merchandise shelves as needed
  • Perform all other tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Must have a clean driving record
  • 1 year of experience in craft beer sales (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License
