About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nox Group will play a crucial role in recruiting skilled craft professionals for various projects in the construction industry. This position focuses on managing the full cycle recruiting process for field staff, ensuring that the company attracts top talent for high-impact projects in sectors such as commercial, industrial, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers and utilize various sourcing strategies to meet the company's staffing needs while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting lifecycle for field staff on a regional level.
  • Manage requisition intake process directly with hiring manager including profile matching.
  • Create sourcing plan/strategy utilizing direct recruiting and traditional recruitment advertising methods.
  • Manage the culture and technical screening/interview process, including behavioral based interviewing.
  • Manage offer negotiations process including offer presentation and acceptance.
  • Effectively disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build effective business partnerships with hiring managers and executive leadership.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events as necessary.
  • Build internal and external industry relationships through networking events.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a positive candidate onboarding experience.
  • Provide market intelligence and interview feedback to business leaders.
  • Assist in recruitment marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years full cycle recruiting or hands-on field experience within the AEC Industry, preferably with a Specialty electrical contractor.
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, take initiative, and follow through.
  • Experience managing and tracking candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
  • Experienced using assessments such as the Predictive Index during the interview process.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with college recruiting is a plus.
  • Proficient with MSFT Office Applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Equivalent experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition acceptable.
