The Crafts I - Journeyperson performs general maintenance duties / repairs as assigned. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting, maintaining and building systems experience.
- High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
- Trade school or on the job training with recognized service organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Over five (5) years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Specialized skills in HVAC, Electrical, Lighting Controls, Plumbing, Locksmith, Access Controls, Security Systems, Fire Alarm systems, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall repair, computer programming, water damage restoration.
Benefits
- Competitive pay range: Minimum $26.21, Midpoint $34.72, Maximum $43.24.
