About the position

The Crane Program Manager is responsible for providing engineering expertise in the inspection and repair of overhead cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, ASME, and OEM standards while supporting local Crane Operations Managers and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective service and inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter engineering expertise for the inspection and repair of overhead cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASME, and OEM standards.
• Provide operational support to local Crane Operations Managers as required.
• Partner with customers to create a service and inspection program.
• Support local Crane Operations Managers in repairs and inspections of equipment.
• Communicate operational issues needing attention and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Perform QA/QC of compliance inspection and corrective work.
• Support communications between customer, JLL leadership, and technicians related to schedules, inspections, and repairs.
• Support site spare parts program including identification and procurement methods.
• Prepare written specifications for major repairs and routine work.
• Maintain required competencies around all required software including Microsoft Office and Corrigo.
• Attend departmental and client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in inspection and repair of similar equipment.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and high motivation with a willingness to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail.
